In today’s society, the majority of people see anyone’s weakness as a flaw in their personality. Weakness or a lack of ability in a person is seen and used many times to tear a person down and destroy them. I am here to say that I do not believe in this philosophy. I tend to believe that a person’s weakness, flaws, lack of abilities, or just plain inabilities to perform certain tasks tend to bring out a person’s character, creativity, and personal drive to succeed.
Weakness also allows for a person to lean on the people around them and let them help lift them up and facilitate the goals that they are striving to achieve. Just as in Exodus 17:12, “When Moses’ hands grew heavy, they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. Then Aaron and Hur held his hands up, one on each side, so that his hands remained steady until the sun went down.” Weakness can allow a person to lean on the strength of his or her friends around them to help them with whatever goal they are striving to achieve.
Now I personally understand that relying on others is a very difficult thing to attempt to do. Having faith in other people to do as good of a job as you know that you would do is a difficult thing to possess. I have had many people in my life hurt me, so therefore I have a difficult time trusting others. I do attempt to delegate tasks that I feel are achievable by those around me. Little by little I have been able to open up and start trusting more and more people with certain tasks and opportunities. This has opened my eyes and faith up to more opportunities for myself as well, and doing so could for you as well.
I hope and pray that everyone has a wonderful and safe week. May God bless you and keep you all, and I pray to hear from some of you soon.
Absolutely, weakness may seem like something negative and it can be, but it also can help you grow personally. Weakness can help you trust others and rely on your faith and your God to support you and protect you. It is amazing how much you grow in you faith when you allow yourself to let go of controlling every aspect of life and forcing yourself to be responsible for everything.

I totally agree. weakness allows us to understand that we cannot do everything on our own and that we will always need the help of someone else. This week I was writing about the story of Aaron and Hur helping Moses. This is going to be an example in my book and I am excited to bring this to my audience.
